The Government’s boiler scrappage scheme offers homeowners a £400 incentive to replace their old ‘Band G’ boiler. This covers gas, oil and lpg boilers and is available in England only.

Boiler Scrappage Scheme
Homeowners can apply for their £400 grant now. To qualify you need to:

Obtain a written quote from a Gas Safe/OFTEC/APHC registered installer.

Have the G rated boiler replaced with an A rated one and ensure the installer signs the declaration on the voucher application form to confirm this has been done.

Complete the voucher application form and send to the EST with the quotation and a copy of the installer’s invoice.
|
Vouchers are valid for 12 weeks from the date of issue. If the voucher is not redeemed within this time, it will be cancelled and reallocated.
